In the midst of the Health Ingredients Europe show in Madrid, Rosie Abdy Collins – our Baobab guru, found Martin Bauer launching an exciting new Baobab drink. Everyone seemed fascinated by the traditional African stories of this wonderful tree and it’s amazing properties. What a great start to the day or a post-gym pick-me-up. Full of goodness
and a real pleasure to drink. If, like me, you have a juicer to hand then
make your own apple juice using 2-3 unpeeled apples cut into quarters,

This vitamin packed smoothie is like no other as it contains the fruit pulp of the Baobab. The baobab tree is the oldest tree in Africa and is known as the tree of life or the upside down tree. The fruit is naturally rich in vitamin C, packed with dietary fibres and also has a prebiotic effect on your digestion.
