Lick Me I’m Delicious baobab powder

Charlie Harry Francis of Lick Me I’m Delicious made delicious baobab ice cream using liquid nitrogen, CO2 and in a bag with ice and water today at the Eden Project.  His recipes included Baobab Banana biscuit sandwich, Baobab Mango Meringue Pie and Baobab Chocolate Strawberry Brownie.

I think what you should do is just get some and play around with it and come up with some delicious recipes.
